Choosing a Shake-A-Shelf comes down to the space you have, the number of miniature books you want, and how much visual presence you want the piece to have. Every model is handmade in Massachusetts by Scott Caz, the original artist behind Shake-A-Shelf.
All three models are interactive: tilt and shake the piece to tumble the miniature books, then tilt it back and shake again to coax them toward the shelves. You can also open the display and arrange the books by hand.

The full-size Original holds about 200 miniature books. Each one is signed and numbered, and it makes the strongest statement on a shelf or wall. Choose the Original when you want the complete version of the artwork that started the Shake-A-Shelf phenomenon.
