This model includes more than enough foam-core books to fill the shelf. Set a few aside if you want more room for the books to move when you shake it.

The Nook is a handmade, interactive miniature wooden bookshelf with roughly 75 individually folded foam-core miniature books. Its narrow shape is designed to fit between full-size books, where it can work as a bookend, a shelf-on-a-shelf, or a curious little interruption in your library.

The books stay loose on purpose. Tilt or shake The Nook to let them tumble, or open the display frame and rearrange them by hand. It can also be wall hung.
